This pricing is not guaranteed, nor does it reflect any specials we may currently be running. If you have windows that are more than three floors high from the outside ground level, please call for pricing.
*Our normal window service includes cleaning both interior and exterior window surfaces, removal of screens, screen cleaning, track and sill cleaning.
*Storm windows count as an extra pain. Example: most windows are 2 panes. If you have a storm window over an existing window, that would count as 4 panes.

Window cleaning is one of those tedious tasks that can take a lot of time to do right. Fortunately, we charge you by the pane, not the hour for this task. We also include cleaning your tracks, sills, and screens in our standard pricing, which not a lot of other window cleaners do. Most will charge extra for this service even though it is imperative for having great looking windows when we are done.
Window cleaning runs from about $4.50 per pane up to about $5.00 per pane depending on the number of windows in your home.
Services that remove mineral and hard water spots cost $10-15 per pane. This is a very time consuming task and requires special chemicals, and a lot of good old elbow grease.
