How much will it cost to clean my home? [−]
All of our cleaning services are customized to each individual home, so depending on how large your home is, what you want done, and how frequently you would like to have your home cleaned, your rate will vary accordingly. What Do You Clean? [−]
At Clean N' Green, we don't believe you really want to buy a checklist. Most people want to pay someone to clean their home. That means, if its dirty, it needs to be cleaned. Some visits we will have to clean baseboards, on other visits, we will have to clean the blinds, or wash a window. Bottom line, if you are looking for a company that cares more about keeping your home clean and healthy, than checking items off a list, then our service is right for you.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel an appointment? [−]
Our policy is pretty liberal. We will give you up until 24 hours before your cleaning day to cancel or reschedule. You can call us at 970-301-4362 even in the middle of the night since we maintain a voicemail service during off hours for your convenience.

What if I forget you’re coming and lock you out? [−]
We depend on our customers to understand how important their business is to us. We save your appointment space specifically for you and therefore turn other business away. Our employees count on the scheduled cleanings for their income. We will charge you the FULL rate for lock outs or cancellations after 24 hours before your cleaning day.

How Do I Pay? [−]
How would you like to pay for your service? Clean N' Green accepts all major credit/debit cards, checks, and we will even make arrangements to accept cash. You can pay each visit, once-a-month, or several months in advance for a discounted rate.

Will I always have the same crew in my house? [−]
Clean N' Green makes every effort to send the same cleaners to your home each visit.

Do I have to sign a contract? [−]
No, we feel confident that you will love our services so much there will never be any reason for a contract.

Do I provide the cleaning supplies and equipment? [−]
Clean N' Green will provide everything we need to clean your home. However we understand if you have special requests and would like are cleaners to use a product you provide.

How Do You Access My Home? [−]
We can utilize a garage code, or you can issue us a key. All keys are numbered, never labeled, and locked safely in our office, outfitted with security cameras, ip videos streams with remote video back-up, and alarms. If we ever lose your key, or compromise your security, we will pay to have your home professionally re-keyed.

What If I Am Unhappy? [−]
We want to know! Communication is the key to any healthy and happy relationship. Every cleaning team is equipped with a detailed work-order telling them the specifics about your home. The more you communicate with us, the more detailed we can make your work order, thus helping to ensure your satisfaction. If you are ever unhappy, call us within 48 hours and we will come back and re-clean the area in question at no charge to you.
